Product description

It is a kind of universal voltage-type battery capacity tester, which can test the voltage and capacity of battery, and display them with intuitive battery symbol and percentage. Users can know the state of battery in time. It is suitable for mobile and portable equipments、electro mobile、balance cars、cleaning machines、instruments、measuring equipments and so on.


Applicable Specification:

- Lead-acid battery：12V, 24V, 36V, 48V;

- Lithium-ion battery：3cells～15cells ;

- The battery tester is used for lead-acid battery (12~48V) and 3~15 cells lithium-ion battery (8~63V).

- Lithium iron phosphate battery is not suitable, please select coulometer of our company.

- Users can select suitable specification by the key on the back (details below).


Function Setting and Instruction:

For the full function type, press the OK key after adjust specification, tester enter the mode of set up. The segment code of battery symbol on the left display the present function, the right display F1~F5. Use the down key and up key on the back, users can select different functions from F1 to F6, then press the OK key and power on again, the selected function will run.

F1: Backlight delay off: Enter a low-power state (＜120uA) after display 10s. LCD display but backlight turns off. Press the OK key, backlight turns on in 10s.

F2: Dormancy: Enter a dormancy state (<15uA) after display 10s. LCD and backlight turn off. Press the OK key, backlight turns on 10s.

F3: Backlight trigger: Enter a low-power state (＜120uA) after display 10s, LCD display but backlight turns off. Backlight turns on 10s when voltage changes; or press the OK key, backlight turns on 10s then turns off again.

F4: Power on self test: When power on, LCD display strokes for 2s, then display the present battery type for 1s, finally display the electricity capacity.

F5: Voltage display: The LCD display present voltage on the right. The battery symbol on the left still display.


Attention:

The tester cannot be exposed in the sun for a long time. When using or storing, please keep the temperature higher than -20℃ and lower than 60℃, otherwise it will shorten the life of LCD.
