I have the 180080AFA model buck module and when charging a back up battery using the USB output the current max at 1A when the back up battery is rated for up to 3A input.

I am using a 12v battery pack to charge the back up battery.  I have done the current adjustment by shorting out the leads and adjusting to 3A with the same results when I try to charge the back up.

Any help is greatly appriciated.
