I have an adjustable DC power supply (model 200571 : 0 – 24 V / 20 Amps).  It’s been great, until this morning, when I went to use it and it would not power up.  Plugged in the wall power, and the LED display didn’t light up, fan didn’t turn on, nothing.

I checked the source was set to 115V, and my multi-meter showed 115V across the input leads, so power was going in.  The internal fuse has continuity.  None of the components on the board appeared damaged or swollen.  The unit just doesn’t wake up.  It wasn’t dropped or anything, so I have no idea why it would simply quit working.

Is there a way to reset it, or any further testing I can do (I only have a multi-meter, no oscilloscope or anything like that)?
