Hello, I bought the DROK 48V Lead-acid Battery Capacity Monitor via AMAZON.de, it says there as Punk 5, I should press the power button in menu 5 and it calibrates automatically, but the voltage must be 20 volts left and righton the display (as in the picture), but I don’t know how to reduce the voltage, because it always stays above 48 volts.I also set menu 3– both sides to 20 volts, that makes no difference, I just can’t get any furtherHow long does the calibration take because it just doesn’t finish, I think that’s because I can’t get the 20 volts on the right. What can I do?(Sry for my english, i use google translator)

    Hello,

According your description, we think it should be this item, https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07V4HR

Do you have probelm on voltage reading? Menu 5 is not a necessary steps. If voltage  reading is not corrent, you can calibrate it. Please connect 20v voltage to enable calibration.

Menu 3 and menu 1 both are for battery specification setting. It is not for voltage calibration.

    Best regards,

How do you connect  20v to calibrate when connected to 48v golf cart. Where do you get 20v from?

if I set to p48 is setting the voltage on program 3 necessary for battery percentage?

    Hello Scott,

Please connect 20v directly instead of 48v battery. Any adjustable power supply is available, as long as it can offer accurate 20v voltage.  This  is for calibrating voltage reading error . If there is no large error, it is not necessary to do that.

And you just need to program menu 1 or menu 3. They both are for battery specification setting. Meter only save one of settings.

    Best regards.

Being a simple Simon I bought a unit – one problem not addressed, to inform clients of 2 cables going into display unit. This is not easily visible when assembling. I found out after other persons notes on the site

My query is the 12v PWM controller previously set to daylight hours working fine turn off each evening and turn on at daylight on 3×12-20v solar panels.

Now with bigger 35v solar panels installed, to lower the voltage to 14.5v a Drok unit Sku:200326 is installed , connected to the same 12V PWM controller

Voltage “IN” depends on weather (Drok voltage in 17-39, voltage out 14.6 @ 1.07A – which is all OK

Does not charge at night which is correct, with the PWM controlling the LV lights (that’s OK)

    My problem is:

    Sunup on a new day the unit displays “0V”, “0A” & “0W”

But voltage “IN” is noted on lower display as 39V

Module measured voltage at “IN” is 39V the measured voltage “OUT” is “0” Until pushing the Open/Close button each morning to initiate charging again.

Does this unit turn “OFF” and not resume the status from the previous day? thanks

    Hello john scaddan,

We are sorry it is hard to confirm which item it is. Would you please tell us the SKU number or product link?

THANKS FOR THE REPLY. as stated the DC adjustable adjustable volt power module does not activate a voltage “OUT” out in the morning until I push the button “Is this normal” If it is then I will have to buy a MPPT  in my home Australia and dispose of Drok unit as a wasted exercise. The cost to return is too great!

The unit is SKU:200326, as shown on the 5th line of the request. A site search does not show this 6-60V model

    Hello john scaddan,

For 200326, please short press SET button to enter setting interface;  short press up or down button to scroll down to S-INI setting, then short press potentiometer to enter setting. When it is ON, default output is on when power on.

    Best regards,

    DROK
