Cannot reset 2001712003 meter

Dear Sir,

Below is a link to a picture of my 2001712003 panel meter display.

This unit has been installed and operating for several months.

I cannot clear the -FFFA or -05.5kw or -A28kwh information. I have reread the instructions over and over and cannot clear the numbers noted.

Is there a master or factory reset?

Is there a maximum amperage that can be handled by this unit?

Hello,

Please notice only KWH parameter can be zero. Just hold the upper button 3 seconds to reset it.

“FFF” means current has been over the range 200A.
