Custom CC/CV boards (based on 200150)

Hi,

We are looking for a PLC/microprocessor controlled solution that gives CC for varying loads. We would like to program the power supply via serial communication from a microprocessor, or other type of communication from a PLC.

We like the 200150, but it is only programmable via the buttons and LCD display, is there a way to make these with digital communication?

Hello Konan Kouassi,

Regarding CC status, we want to explain how it work.  Actual output current is mainly decided by load. Converter can only set a limit on output current. Assume preset value is 2 amps, but load need 1A or less. Actual output is just 1A or less.

Only when load  want to draw over 2 amps,  output will be limited to 2 amps. It is not alwayas be 2A.  Does it meet your application?

Hello Aquiles，

Any communication control is not available on 200150. You may found the ports marked with “Txd” and “Rxd”, but that is useless.

Hello Aquiles,

Will you order at least 1000 pcs each time?  For custom order, manufacturer has quantity requirement. If quantity is not enough,  it is hard to put on production.
