    Thanks for the reply.

I have been working with this for a couple of days now and have tried turning the pot slowly to its limits in both directions while closely watching the voltage.  The voltage does not change in the slightest.  I don’t know what else to try short of removing the pot to confirm that it is working correctly.  Without a schematic or other documentation, I don’t know what else to check.

    Thanks.

    Hello Thene Blankenship,

We are sorry our technicians doesn’t offer schematic. Is it convenient for you to take a short video to show the operation details?

We can check it more carefully and come up with a soution for you.

You may try to attach video by email or share us a link. (Service@droking.com)

    Wait for your reply.

    Best regards.

    Hello Nelson Nuñez,

To check what wrong it is, would you please tell us more details?  For example, input voltage/current.

Is it convenient  for you to take a video to show your operation? In that way, we can check it carefully.

    Best regards.

<h1 id=”title” class=”a-size-large a-spacing-none”><span id=”productTitle” class=”a-size-large product-title-word-break”>DC DC Buck Boost Converter Variable Voltage Regulator CC CV 0.5-30V 4A 5V 6V 12V 24V Power Module Adjustable Voltage Regulated Laboratory Power Supply purchased from amazon. I am using the voltage regulator to activate the current limiter on another power supply. The voltage regulator works until I connect the output to the other power supply, then the voltage goes to a fixed value and does not adjust. I think the problem is the BUCK BOOST regulator is not supplying a high enough current to power the output. Is there a way to activate the “constant current” function on the voltage regulator (it is programable 1-4A, but I do not see how to “turn on” this current, it is always supplying 0.010A)</span></h1>

    Hello Nicholas Pareis,

We can’t confirm which item it is, please check if it is #200573,https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VNDGFT6?ref=myi_title_dp

And did you connect the other power supply to output port? It is easy to damage the converter.

Converter just set a limit for load, it can’t force load to draw more current. Assume preset limit value is 2A,  load just request 1A, then actual output current is 1A, you can’t have it to draw 2A.

Only when load current is over 2A, current adjustment is enabled.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

    it is this product https://www.amazon.com/Converter-Regulator-Adjustable-Regulated-Laboratory/dp/B0978T3JKH/ref=psdc_10967761_t1_B08HS76XG1

My input current comes from a power supply capable of up to 2A 3-12V, but I am using the Buck Boost converter to regulate the voltage to 0.5V in order to turn on a current limiter on another power supply. However, it seems the BuckBoost converter will not supply high enough current to do this (it is supplying 0.010A current). How can I have the Buck Boost converter drive higher current (eg. 2A from the input power)?

    Hello Nicholas Pareis,

Whichever converter, actual output current mainly depends on load. Converter is not a load, it can’t draw more current.  Unless the load on output port need to draw 2A, then input current to converter will increase.

    Best regards.

    Hello,

So, my problem is that I want to output 0.5V from the voltage regulator. But when I connect the output of the voltage regulator to the load (current limiter on other power supply), the output voltage increases to 1.62V and I cannot adjust the value. Is there any explanation for why this is happening or any solution?

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Hello Nicholas Pareis,

Is it under constant current status? You may need to contact that seller for help.

According to your link,  it is from TKXEC .We don’t have similar item, so it is hard to check further.

Just connected 200389 battery monitor in my 48 volt golf cart. Positive to Pos, Netative to Neg. Very diapointed, it did not start up. Why?   <span class=”a-color-secondary a-text-caps”>ORDER #</span> <span class=”a-color-secondary”>113-9133785-1639405.</span>
