Are you talking about the 2001712003? Please try to  hold the bottom button 6 seconds, then  calibration values will be reset back to the factory settings

I am using 3 of the 2001712003 meters to monitor voltage and current of motors running under a load. The load is adjusted on the motors for a current draw of 3.3A. My issue is that 2 of the meters will only read the final digit of the current in even numbers. ie 3.2, 3.4. The 3rd meter only reads the final digit in odd numbers. What am I doing wrong?

Where can I get a longer shielded cable with PH2.0 connectors for the Hall effect sensor.  I need a meter or more length for model 2001712003_FBA.

I have two 12 v. batteries hooked in series. I charge them sep @ 12v. will this meter calc. the total, or do i have to charge them as 24v?
