Stuck at calibration screen

I bought this and it is stuck at calibration screen. I try long press power button, long press setup button, I try long press both buttons. Still stuck reading 20.0 50.3v

p.s.  I hit extra long press (10 seconds) and it goes to main screen but then defaults back to calibration screen.  Instructions say to get to 20v but I don’t have anything that’s 20v.

Hello,

Unless  there is large error on voltage reading, it is not necessary to calibrate reading each time.

In generla, you just need to hold the button to exit  calibration setup. If it can’t work, please disconnect power supply and power on again.
