I had an issue with this unit causing it to cease functioning shortly after I received it. I promptly set up a return and then misplaced the item. I couldn't find the item within the return window, but was granted a refund anyway. I didn't explain my situation, the refund was processed automatically.

I'm not sure if this was done by accident, or on purpose, but that doesn't matter to me, I got my refund. For that.... 5 stars. Way to go!
