These are the best "easy" lighting EVER! Motion sensor, recharge with a USB cable, perfectly bright enough warm light. Not blinding like some cool LED lights. I put one in all the hallway/foyer closets and the pantry. What more could you ask for? They work flawlessly. I'll be purchasing more for other areas of my house now. I highly recommend them!

I got this to avoid having to get an exercise ball. We have downsized while we are building and I don't have any extra room to store things. This is able to easily slide under my couch while not in use. I like that I don't have to look at it or worry about my kids bouncing on it or throwing it across the house. But, best of all, it offers more support doing core exercises!

I go to a gym regularly but sometimes I workout from home. Doing sit ups was such a pain, I wouldn't do them on the floor. I would modify them while standing! I saw this trainer mat and figured why not? Well, I'm glad I did! My back feels so much better doing sit ups on the floor! The support is great and cushioned but not too much. I definitely recommend this mat whether you have back troubles or not!

This mat is awesome! I sometimes struggle with lower back pain when I do sit ups or crunches, and this helps a ton with support. It's also great for anyone who needs help with proper form, as it assists with keeping your back in the right position so you'll have full extension. Sometimes, I just lay on it without doing any exercise because it just feels good! It's super easy to wipe clean, and there's just enough padding to make it comfortable. It doesn't take up much space, either. We store it under a bookshelf! I really love that they printed workouts with QR codes on the back of the mat. The QR codes take you to instructional videos, so it's pretty handy if you need some guidance! My husband works out a lot and I figured he might roll his eyes at this, but he LOVES it!

GREAT mat, very sturdy, we are larger people and it does not cave in like most of these mats have done in the past!! I highly recommend this mat!
