I like this case and band for my apple watch. I was using a Garmin previously, and preferred the sportier bands that "breathe" better with the holes so this band seemed like a good replacement. My first night of use, I was very surprised that the band was glowing in the dark as if it were radioactive... so much so that I came back to this product page to see if it was advertised as such and if I somehow missed it. I realized the very last bullet says lighter colored bands "might glow in the dark." Might? That seems very strange and has me wondering what these bands are made out of and what kind of quality control goes on.

As far as sizing, I got the S/M and have a very small wrist for an adult and I am all the way out onto the third to last closure hole. So if you are actually a "medium" definitely size up.

The Abdominal and Core Trainer Mat is a fantastic addition to my home work room. It is firm and supportive ensuring correct posture is maintained throughout each exercise. Not only does it help to keep my posture correct during sit-ups, it also has several workout suggestions to really isolate the abdominal muscles to tighten and tone. There is even a QR code which you can scan next to each exercise, which will call up a video demonstrating each workout. The mat is made of sturdy materials and is very easy to clean up after a particularly hard work out. Because of its size and construction, I have also tossed into my bag when going on vacation to add change out a hotel room workout. I am very happy with my purchase!

I was slightly skeptical to purchase this, as I've heard bad things about non-apple made bands and accessories for the Apple Watch. BUT, let me just tell you something. This bad boy is absolutely comfortable, more comfortable than the apple band plastic band! It's SUPER cute and feels great! Instructions were perfect, and it fits like a sleeve. The color is beautiful as well! I'll definitely be purchasing another one soon (in a different color of course) as this brand is right on point. Arrived quickly, and is more than I could have expected!

Great mat. Gives great support while doing abs, spouse even like to use it. Will be ordering another one so we both can do abs together. Would recommend this product to anyone who does abs! :)
