I never liked doing sit-ups or crunches because it was uncomfortable on my back, hips, and tailbone. The Abdominal and Core Trainer Mat changed that since the support it provides to my back takes the pressure off those other areas. The first few times I used it, I did the same exact routine I had completed without it to compare and using the ab trainer made me “feel” it a lot more in the ab area. As for the mat itself- it is sturdy, firmly padded, easy to wipe down, and has a non-slip backing to keep it in place. It is also highly portable and easy to store out of the way when finished. So far I have only used for traditional sit-ups and crunches, but there is a “menu” of other options printed on the back to try. I am happy to add this to my exercise routine.

I have a back issue called spondylolisthesis so I try to be very careful about doing ab work since I could potentially further damage my back. I do need to do core strengthening exercises though to protect my back. I really like this product, it provides a lot of support and the back of it has images of different exercises you can do. This is a great item if you want to do core strengthening exercises and want to do a variety of them.

Place this 321 strong under your back. It's great for back support while increasing your core strength. I have back problems and I really love this. It has a list of exercises on the back with a QR scan code that takes you directly to exercise videos. This is for all fitness levels.

This shade fits my '09 F150 Lariat 4x4 perfectly, and it keeps the inside much cooler than the cheap fold-up accordion-style shades. Overall I'm very happy with it.
