Great gadget for abs. Puts my spine in a neutral position reducing lower back pain I sometimes get from doing ab work.

So far works as described and very happy with it. I'll give it some time and if I don't run into any problems I'll order some more.

We installed these in our RV cabinets. Works well for adding light were the builder failed to. My only complaint would be the supplied screws, I purchased proper wood screws as I had trouble with the supplied screws biting into the cabinet wood to start installation of the light base. My wife is pleased with them as she can now see deep into the cabinets without using a flashlight.

Product was exactly as shown and got it very quickly! I'm looking forward to seeing how well it works.
