I love this bad boy! I have a bad back, so this thing helps me engage my core without stress on my lower back.

Ok, I do love these things, I have them on the shelves for my CD's and DVD's and they are perfect. The only thing I'm having to play with is the motion sensor, which I want to work, but it's very sensitive...........so cat walks by on the floor and the light 5ft above it comes on. I'm trying clear tape to see if I can reduce the sensitivity, but this is minor; I'll end up ordering more of these.
