Great product

The product does work if you do not mind background static, when both charger and aux are plugged in,.

Love it

It works as well as you’d expect for a $10 DAC. It’s fine for podcasts but the volume is noticeably attenuated compared to Apple’s Lightning to 3.5mm audio DAC. It also has an odd click or thump in random places.

Controls aren’t passed through in case you miss that in the product description.

Since my use case is charging my iPhone X while listening to podcasts with my corded earbuds, this works for me. If you want to listen to music, I’d keep looking.
