Great light for the price!

*Why*
This was bought specifically for an under-staircase coat and shoe closet. The closet had no light switch, just a pull-chain lightbulb. The string was often hard to find in the dark and was too bright for the early morning.

*Setup*
I ended up screwing the backplate for this light to the underside of an upper shelf. The backplate comes with a large sticky pad and two small screws. There is also the option to just use the magnet on it's back to secure it, which would have worked also.
There is a simple living hinge tab on each short end to secure the light to the backplate. Mine was mounted to shine downward and it seems secure.
Also, the light may be easily detached and carried around like a flashlight. Cool!

*Light*
The light quality is just ok; good for this price range, but I prefer better quality. The light is not bright, which was just what I wanted. The LEDs are relatively diffused so not much of individual shadowing from them. There was no specification on the packaging for color temperature or CRI. I'd assume they're not impressive. Maybe 3-3.5k temp and 70-75 cri; mine actually looks a bit brownish. If you need this to differentiate difficult colors like brown or purple this is not the light for you.

If you need a simple light to find your shoes without having to turn on the big light, this is perfect.

Perfect fit for my 2013 F-150, but if you have anything mounted from the rear view mirror (I have my radar detector mounted from the rear view mirror with a blend mount) it is kind of a pain to get around it.

Worked as promised. Great buy for all home batteries.

Yes, I am very appreciative of your product. The order was expedient. The lights were very simple to install and sufficienty served my need. I would recommend this product and would certainly purchase again if the need arose.
