This has helped me train for my pt tests without compromising my back. This is firm but soft enough to give you comfort and protection from injuring your back. It looks like it is made of quality materials compared to that of the crossfit boxes I have worked out at. But then again this is for personal use and will not be utlized as much as those in the gym. I like it so far.

This light is just what we needed under a cabinet where we sometimes have trouble seeing the coffee pot in the early morning! It comes on as we approach the coffee, and goes off shortly after we go to our chairs. Luckily, we have a trickle charge outlet where the light is, so recharging is very easy. We love this light!!

I like this core trainer mat. Its comfortable and gives me that little extra challenge when doing setups.
