This lighting fixture might work well for an under-cabinet light in the kitchen. It's quite useful as a conveniently portable light for looking in dark corners as well as a flashlight. I wanted to try it as a light for items in my collection on the bookshelves; it's not suitable for that because it's too bright for the specific use and the light from the sides shines in the viewer's eyes.

Its built-in magnet will hold it in place if it is hanging on the bottom of a horizontal metal surface (specifically, the underside of the pull-out shelf on an old WW2 vintage Steelcase desk), but it is not strong enough to keep it from sliding down when placed on a vertical surface of smooth painted steel. Since most folks would want to mount it to a wooden cabinet, the magnet doesn't seem to have much use. (So use the included mounting bracket and screws or tape or glue.) A less slippery surface or stronger magnet would help hold it in place on a file cabinet or medicine chest, which might greatly increase the value of the built-motion sensor as well as the magnet.

This may help takes all the pressure off my back. I am able to really hit my abdominals with the use of this mat. Thank you Crossfit for introducing me to this

Really nice smart charger at a good price. Wish it had a drain recharge feature but not that big of a deal. Would recommend.
