After trying an Ab Mat at a bootcamp I attended, I decided to purchase one for my home use. So far I really like it. I'm able to do many more situps comfortably with the use of the 321 Strong mat. I really have appreciated the followup support e-mail that I received from the company. I would highly recommend this mat.

I love it! It's cute, it's pink WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE! ??? AND IT WORKS! I am EXTREMELY BAD at dropping ( and miss placing but unfortunately the case will not help me with that problem? lol) my phone , I honestly don't know how I managed to keep it in tact until the case got to me
