I had trouble with the charger the first time I ordered it. I got in contact with the seller and they helped me out so much and sent me a new charger about 1 week later. Now that I've got a working one, I absolutely love it! Works great. If you need a charger for your vape batteries, look no further. Only other charger I'd recommend it the nite core that charges 4 instead of 2... great charger. IGN- 10/11- too much charging
