Easy to use.

Converter worked perfectly upon delivery. After about 2 days, the current display stopped displaying the correct current. It showed 0 MA until actual
current reached 80 MA. The problem keeps getting worse. It now shows about 10% of the actual current value. Current limiter still works and voltage output is still right on. Unit was never subjected to loads over 200 MA.

Bought this to test out cheaper alternatives to a full bench supply. The device itself works very well and the included voltage/current monitor is reasonably accurate (still best to double check with a proper multimeter). The device comes with no instructions, so constructing the acrylic case is a bit tricky. But, operation is straight forward enough. I used an old laptop power brick (19.5V) as the input supply and this board handles it fine. The included display does seem to shutoff after a certain amount of time and won�t turn back on until power is disconneccted and reapplied. I�m not sure if that�s by design or not, but it�s kinda annoying when you�re looking to measure changes in current draw.

Overall, this Is a great buy for those looking for a cheap, adjustable power supply.

Expected to use this as a power supply for my robot, but found it is also useful in charging lithium ion batteries, and powering random household things with long lost plugs, like my air matress pump. Very versatile! It's going to end up a permanent tool of my very tiny desk workshop.

The provided heatsink has it's own adhesive backing by the way.

This power supply works as advertised and I'm very pleased with it.
