- High level trigger voltage range: DC3.0V ~ 24V. When trigger signal between 3.0V ~ 24V, the MOS breakover; when between 0V ~ 0.6V, the MOS close. Never use 0.6V ~ 3.0V trigger signal, since the MOS tube is not fully open at 0.6V ~ 3.0V, and the MOS will burn due to high-power output.
- Low level trigger voltage range: DC 0V ~ 0.6V. When trigger signal between 0V ~ 0.6V, the MOS breakover; when over 3V, the MOS close. Never use 0.6V ~ 3.0V trigger signal, since the MOS tube is not fully open at 0.6V ~ 3.0V, and the MOS will burn due to high-power output.
