I am very interested in using the TDA7297 in my next project but have a quick question. I will need to move the volume pot several feet away from the the amp for my specific purpose. Will this have any effect on the sound, or any negative eccet at all?

Yes, you can move the volume pot several feet away, but it is better that the wire is shielded wire, which can avoid interference.

I just got my amp from Amazon and it doesn’t look like the one in the pictures. The heatsink is silver, the mounting blocks for the wires are green not blue, nor are they labelled as to what’s pos. or neg. Even the left and right channels are opposite the Amazon pics, lol.
Did I get taken with a knock-off or is this just a running change?
