    Hallo I buy Your 4-20mA programmable output, I need moreaccuracy in 4 mA, 12mA and 20 mA is it possible to modify the circuit to make this?
    I read with my HP 34401 multimeter
    4mA = 3.9936 mA
    12mA = 11.976 mA
    20mA = 19.971

      Hello boris cerello,
      Thanks for your business.
      We are sorry the accuracy can’t be changed by modify circuit. Hope you can understand.
      Best regards.

    Where can I find instruction manuals for these?  Specifically the first item (ASIN: B01N10M131).  My calibration seems to be off and I understand you can correct this using the two buttons on the back, but I have no idea how to.

    Thank You!

      Hello Paul,
      Thanks for your writing.
      For item (ASIN: B01N10M131), you can try the following step to calibrate it.
      1. Please set the measuring range of multimeter as DC 200mA and connect it to the output terminal of item. Then turn the potentiometer of item until multimeter displays a stable value (20.000mA or 4mA ). After that, please press S1+S2 button simultaneously to come into main menu.
      2. Press S1 button to choose”20NA” or “4NA”. Then press again S1+S2 button simultaneously to come to calibration.
      3. Enter the password “1234” and press the S1+S2 button simultaneously
      4. The display value of LED is 1/16 of the current AD sampling value. When the display value is stable, press S1+S2 simultaneously to save the AD values of 20mA and 4mA, and then exit calibration mode.
      5. 20.000mA is corresponding to “20NA” menu: 4mA is corresponding to “4NA” menu
      Hope this can help you.
      Best regards.

    Good morning, im looking for a wiring diagram for the sg01 for 4 to 20ma wiring can you send me a schematic on this?

    • Drok April 26, 2018 at 9:01 am - Reply

      Hello joseph ransome,
      We are not sure if you see our last reply. Could you please tell us the ASIN number or send a product link?
      Since sg01 is not a part number, it is hard to confrim the item you mean.
      Best regards.

    Are any of your 4-20mA products capable of being used as a 4-wire current loop transmitter, i.e. isolated power supply input?

    Is there a schematic for the 300482 (4-20ma/0-10v signal generator)? I see there is an option for battery, on/off switch, led indicators, et., i would like to add these features to mine if possible but i do not know what components are missing from the circuit.

      Hello Devin H,
      We are sorry factory doesn’t show us schematic.
      The part you see is for the other version. It is not available for 300482.
      Any more questions, please let us know.
      Best regards.

    Thank you for the quick response. What is the other version are you referring to? also i found another post where it was shown how to use the on/off switch on the model 300482, it was Reply # 22608 but the images were missing from the post, https://www.droking.com/cs/support/topic/support-manual/#post-22608

    Hi Can you tell me how to set to 0-10v instead of milliamps please. There are 2 buttons and zero instructions

  8. ANDREW TAYLOR October 24, 2019 at 1:46 pm - Reply

    PRODUCT NUMBER IS 300.425

    IT SAYS IN THE LISTING THAT IT OUTPUTS 4 – 20mA OR 0 – 10V. I CANNOT FIND OUT HOW TO SWITCH TO A 0 – 10V OUTPUT.

    ALSO I’M NOT CONVINCED THE POTENTIOMETER IS WORKING CORRECTLY AS IT IS RATED AT 10K BUT ONLY PUTS OUT 6.3K WHEN MEASURED WITH A TEST METER.

    WHEN TESTING THE OUTPUT AND TURNING THE POTENTIOMETER. THE OUTPUT DOES NOT CHANGE BUT THE SCREEN ALTERS. IT IS STATIC AT 9.54VDC AND 2.05mA WITH A 12VDC SUPPLY.

    CAN YOU TELL ME IF THIS FUNCTION IS CORRECT AND A SETTING THAT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED? ALSO PLEASE SEND ME A MANUAL.

    THANK YOU
