    Hi Support-Team.

    I have this item:

    It did work correctly for a few months, but after a while the red VCC voltage signal to the current shunt amplifier alternates between two voltages. This causes the signal from the shunt to vary as VCC varies. This leads the meter to show two different incorrect current values as the voltage goes up and down. It spends about 3.6 seconds at 5.6v, then 7 seconds at 6.0v, then repeats this pattern forever.

    Help! What is this VCC signal supposed to be? Why is it alternating like this?

    I have reset the settings on the meter, no change in behavior.

    Hello,

    Sorry, we are not sure the  VCC voltage signal you mean. Do you mean the votlage reading changes between two values?

    If possible, could you please show how it is by video?

    Hey, ik wilde mijn huispanel aansluiten met een digitale AC-multimeter en merkte dat de afstand tot de verdeelkast ongeveer 6 meter is. Tijdens het installeren kwam ik https://chicken-roads.be tegen, waar ik tips vond over het correct verlengen van de draden van de stroomtransformator zonder dat de nauwkeurigheid van de meting verloren gaat. Uiteindelijk heb ik de verlenging uitgevoerd zoals beschreven, en de meter werkte perfect; de waarden bleven stabiel en betrouwbaar. Voor iedereen in België die zijn elektriciteit veilig en nauwkeurig wil monitoren, is dit een duidelijke aanrader.
