May 24, 2025 at 12:58 pmPost count: 0In recent months, I’ve observed a noticeable increase in consumer complaints across various industries, particularly concerning refund delays, billing disputes, and customer service inefficiencies. This trend seems to be affecting e-commerce platforms, digital services, and food delivery companies. I’m curious about the underlying causes driving this surge in complaints. Are there specific factors or events in 2025 contributing to this uptick? Additionally, how are companies responding to these challenges to improve customer satisfaction?

According to the consumer trends https://help-center.pissedconsumer.com/consumer-trends/ report by PissedConsumer, key issues include refund delays, billing and payment disputes, customer service inefficiencies, fraudulent activities such as identity theft or online scams, delivery problems, and concerns about shrinkflation. These problems are particularly prevalent in e-commerce, digital services, food delivery, and social media sectors. Seasonal shopping events like Black Friday and Valentine’s Day also contribute to spikes in complaints. Companies are addressing these challenges by investing in logistics, fraud prevention, AI-driven support, and communication transparency to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

For this reason I have no other choice but to contact them on this blog. I have ordered some DC/DC convertors on the 12 of September last month and have still not received them. Ok, given they were not stocked at the time, I was told by somebody with a foxmail.com email account, who eventually did answer my emails last month, then I never heard from them ever again … I recently tried reaching out to the customer support again (a few days ago) and still not reply – as if the email is not monitored !
So I am not sure, is there an issue with the Drok customer support mailbox being full and they nolonger receive any new emails, or what it is, but for a first time customer, it really does not make a good impression …
Hopefully I will get a reply soon as I don’t have any other option but to commence a Paypal dispute and request a full refund. Dealys for shiping overseas I am not complaining about, but not happy about the lack of information on the state of one’s order – just says “Processed”, nothing else, and most of all no replies to any emails, other than those initial mails from the foxmail.com account. Must’ve been the unlucky one this time ! -
