I purchased (2) Drok buck voltage converters. I am feeding them with 5vdc and want them to adjust the output from 0 to 5vdc. We have used them several times before for this exact application and they have been great. These (2) are not allowing any adjustment. They do nothing. Thoughts?

Hello, I am having the same problem, I replaced the potentiometers and it is still doing it. It is pretty much stuck in CC mode and will not adjust correctly. Help! Lol

    Hello Derek Smith,
We received the same problem on Amazon email, is that from you? Below is our response.

May I know more details about your operation? Did you short output port or connect load to regulate current? Can it work before in the same siutation? If possible, would you like to show the current status by images? Please don’t worry, we will find solution for you once confirm the problem.

    Best regards.
