Hello

I accidentally reversed the polarity of “+ BAT -” and blew the TO92 transistor.

Please could you supply the specifications for this transistor so that I can replace it?

The transistor has the following text on it. An online search revealed little information.

<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>C9013</span>

<span style=”font-weight: 400;”>CA038A</span>

This is the instrument:

Hello Nenad,

The transistor is between Vext and J3 jumper. Is that the part you mean?
