    Hi, I ran this device at around 60w to charge  a solar generator and after about 3 hours or so, the device shut off.

    I reconnected it and the input voltage shows up but the output voltage is now always 0v no matter what i do. I thought this device had some sort of temperature protection built in? Or is there a way to fix this item or send it in if there is a warranty of some sort?

    Hello Max,

    Does the item power off completely  or only output is off?

    Output is indeed turned off automatically if there operation temperature is over high. Have you cooled it down?
