    I got the 200536FBA and have been trying to set it up properly. I had charged my battery to 100 percent im trying to figure out how calibrate it so it show battery percent and if there is a way to show remaining time with current load. I have it hooked up so it is only reading the out amps and will not read in when charging. Does it need to be where it can read both. Will this effect its battery level readings. Thank you

    Hello Jordan,

    It can’t decent remaining battery capacity. You need to program OAH parameter. The capacity percentage= (actual AH value/ setting AH value)*100%

    Do you check whether the charging current flow through current transformer?

    Best regards.

    Ok I got the battery to show up correctly. Only issue that I am having now is the amps are not reading correctly. the equipment Im using draws a constant 1a at 12v. The meter shows 0a until it i put something on that takes more than 1a. Is there anyway of calibrating the amps to get more accurate readings?

    ok after doing more testing the equipment does dip down to .5a the meter is not showing anything below.9a . I have even looped the wire and calibrated it with a test bench but as soon as I get anything below .9 it shows as 0. Is this typical for this device. Do you have a more sensitive one?

    Hi

    Did you try below current calibration?  And for 300A scale, there may be larger error for small current. The meter scale should be closed to actual current.

    Charging /discharging current calibration:

    1. Hook it up according to the charging/ discharging wiring diagram.
    2. Set the power supply as above 12V, then hold the OK button and power the meter simultaneously. Hold “OK” for 3 seconds and then release. It will come to parameter setting;
    3. Please move yellow cursor to “Mode” and short press OK button, then move the yellow cursor to “+4.A”(It is “-4A” in discharging mode). In that case, please make sure the actual load current is over 1.00A. Next, please press up or down button to adjust the current reading of meter until it is the same as actual load current. After that, press OK to move yellow cursor to ”Save” and save the calibration.

    At last, power off and then power on again.
