Only showing Voltage

Hello,

I installed a 80-300v (Standard +) meter, but it is only showing the VOLTAGE and HERTZ. VOLTAGE shows 248.0V, AMP 0.00A, the WATTAGE is 1.0W, 59.9 HZ, 0.00 KWH, and 0.00PF.

Any ideas why the AMP, WATTAGE, KWH and PF are not reading?

Hello Reebs,

Are you sure the load wire goes through the current sensor? Would you pleaes show us your connection by image? If it is hard to show the complete wiring by images, you may try to draw a simple diagram. We hope to check where the wire goes to.

Please see picture in the link below. The drok has two wires, each wire connected to a hot wire, and then the hot wire thru the current sensor.

I have two more setups, wired the exact same way, and they are working properly. Do you think the meter is defective?

Hello Reebs,

From the picture, one white wire goes through current sensor, is that load wire? Do you have two more same meters?

If they can work under the same application, this one should be defectived.
