    I have multiple 124802L Drok DC-DC Converters. None of them will put out the required 48 volts. It only outputs 41 VDC and when plugged into a small PoE switch, it falls to 39 VDC. The battery is at 12.6 VDC. IT is my understanding that the devices will put out 48 VDC under all conditions if with in the operational specs.

    There is no voltage adjustment. Are all my units defective?

    The device is listed as a 200159, B018XEQN6y. On the back is listed  number 12480L next to the DROK registered trademark
