12v-20a Voltage Stabilizer

I have an rv refrigerator that is very sensitive to 12v voltage fluctuation. Does DROK make a product that could be put in line to stabilize the voltage that is produced by the RV’S 12v charging system?

 

The refrigerator specs say it requires 20a @12v
