I recently purchased from Amazon your 20-72v to 5v converter. ASIN: B081RMFSCG, model number on the unit is: F72J5V20A5L-5.  I am attempting to convert 40v from a 40v battery to 5v to power a Raspberry Pi and other peripherals.  The Pi indicates low power and shuts down, even with no other devices drawing power.  The Pi can only draw 2 amps. Is this converter ok with 40v or am I missing something? Could it be defective? I have used the same wiring setup with a different converter and it worked fine. The measured voltage coming out of the converter is 5.09v.
