I just bought a 200150 and am trying to use it for the following use case:
5A 20V Solar panel input -> down to -> 5A 12V output
I set the voltage using the “set” button and then hit the “ok” button, but the output is still 20V.

#200150 is a boost converter. It can be only used to step up voltage.
Therefore it is impossible to step down 20V to 12V.
