We just received this 4-20mA to voltage converter board. With everything connected correctly there is no output at the output terminal. It is constant at – 0.09 volts and does not change with 4 to 20 ma variations at the input.  The jumper pins are connected correctly, it is powered with 24 vdc, and the zero and span potentiometers make no change in the output regardless of the number of turns.  This item would be a perfect addition to our project if it worked correctly.  Any advice?

    Hello Philip Correll,

Thanks for writing in. Is it 200327?

To check it carefully, would you please kindly take some images to show the whole operation?  And which jumper pins did you connect?

Regarding to zero and span potentiometers, the operation is as follown:

1.When the current input is at minimum (0mA or 4mA), adjust the Zero potentiometer to make the voltage output to be the minimum value (0.0V or others).
    2. When the current input is at maximum (20mA), adjust the Span potentiometer to make the voltage output to be the maximum value (3.3V or 5V or 10V; the output can be as low as 2.5V when the current input is within 4 -20mA).

    Best regards.
