September 20, 2019 at 10:24 pmPost count: 0Hello,
I have been trying to get our engineer to customize a simple voltage regulator board with two +VDC outputs. The inputs will be 115Vac and 11-15VDC (not at the same time).
My Requirements:
Inputs:
115VAC – 3 prong
11-15VDC – 5.5mm barrel jack
Outputs:
+12VDC, 2.5Amp(min) – Converted from 115VAC and Regulated (Buck/Boost) from 11-15VDC inputs
+5VDC, 3Amp(min) – DC-DC Buck converted from +12VDC regulated output.
Layout:
All placed onto one PCB and made into a UL listed external power adapter with a 4 pin output.
Thank You,
Operations
Matt

When it arrived the fuse inside was defective, because I applied less than it should have held. No problem there, but when I replace ed the fuse, I cannot adjust the output voltage. Following the instructions, when I go to the output source step, if I hit the adjust buttons, it switches to amperage immediately and adjusts that instead. I need it to take 58.8 peak volt (from a 52 v battery )down to 12 to run some devices</p>
Hello Matt,
Would you please kindly offer a product link or SKU number so that we can confirm which item it is?
And is it convenient for you to take a video to show more details about your operation? In that way, we can check quikcly and find solution.
You can share video link or send attachment to Service@droking.com.
Best regards.
