Booked a round-trip with Avianca for a business trip. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the flight well in advance. I followed their cancellation process and was assured of a refund. Weeks passed, and there was no sign of the refund. Reached out to their customer service multiple times, but responses were generic and unhelpful. It’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting.
