May 5, 2018 at 1:23 amPost count: 0Hello– I have a “DROK Digital Control Voltage Regulator, Buck Converter, DC 10-75V to DC 0-60V 12A 720W Step Down Transformer with Volt Amp Capacity Time Meter Power Supply Module with CC CV”
The unit has worked perfectly for many months, charging a 24 volt battery from a 48 volt source (at 26.5v with 6 amp max output)
A few days ago I set the output amps to 0 because I wanted to see how the battery would perform on its own. When the battery would no longer power my 24 volt loads I reset the Drok to 6 amp output, and now, no matter what I do, the actual output never goes above 0 amps. I’ve tried different loads with the same result. I’ve disconnected and reconnected the Drok, with no effect.
Any thoughts, suggestions, help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Dear Paul,
When you reset current, can you save the setting? Did it disply show 0A before turning on output?
Could you please take a video so that we can check it more carefully? You can send it to our service email. service@droking.com
Best regards.

We are sorry so far we don;t have overseas maintenance station, it is not workable to send back for repair.
In general, burning fuse is caused by large current(over 17A), is the power suppy the same as before?
If you can, would you please kindly tell us more details through email?
Best regards.

May 11, 2018 at 1:35 pmPost count: 0Hello–The Drok buck converter now appears to be DEAD — no LEDs on the panel, no output. Input voltage is only 54 volts. I have checked the on-board fuse and it is fine. I don’t see any burned or damaged components. I am an electronics hobbyist, and could test the board. Are you able to tell me what components are most likely to have failed? I could replace. Thank you very much for your help. I really hope I can fix this! –Paul
