    Purchased brand new converter. DC-DC adjustable converter with shell

    Code X0013VNTBD

    Turning the adjustment dials makes no change. Please advise.

    Hello Ben,

    Thanks for writing in.

    According to your information, it should be  180080

    Could you please tell us how large the input voltage is? Default output setting is around 20v. If input voltage is lower than preset value, a few turns is not enough.

    Please keep turning potentiometer anticlockwise over 10 circles or more until output voltage changes.
