Input voltage is 48vdc, output voltage is 48vdc. Fuse is fine, and I see no indication of burned components. Can you suggest ANY troubleshooting I can to that would help me find the cause? The GOOD NEWS is that I have another IDENTICAL converter that IS working, so I could use it for troubleshooting. Thank you for ANY suggestions! –Adam
Hello Adam,
Please kindly confirm if it is this item. 200310
Could you please tell us more details about operation? When you press up or down button, can you change the voltage value? Or does it just show 48V no mater how did you press button? Did you lock the button by mistake?
It will be more helpful if you can take a short video or some images. Then we can check problem more carefully. You can share us YouTube video or send it directly to our service email(service@droking.com)
Best regards.
Adam

I can change the desired volts and amps settings on the display (far left button, then the up and down buttons), but when I press the output button (far right button) the value always shows the input voltage, which is 48 volts dc. I’m not able to take a video. Do you have any troubleshooting suggestions? I have a working 200310 that I can compare it to, to identify a failed component if you think that’s what it might be. Thanks you for any help.–Adam

December 12, 2025 at 11:37 amPost count: 0Hey, I was tinkering with some ideas for home setups and ended up needing a way to unwind, so I stumbled upon plinko. What really drew me in was that they provide special bonuses for players from Azerbaijan, which made trying it out feel more rewarding. I started with the Plinko game itself, and after a few small losses, I decided to take a bit more risk and ended up with a solid win that actually surprised me. It turned out to be a fun way to relax, and I keep going back when I want a quick, entertaining break.
