It seems like something is loose on the PCB. I have it receiving about 12.8vdc and it adjusted to 34 or so but I turned it down to 31.4 and the little stereo thing runs on it, but if it gets bumped or tapped it will drop to 12.4 output. Tap it again, maybe once, maybe 3-4 times it jumps back to the 31.4. I haven’t tried it driving yet, the input will be going up a couple volts when under power, (golf cart), but I think it will jump up and down with every bump. I’ve poked and prodded all around but I can’t find a specific spot that affects it . I also have a short video showing it drop when tapped and then coming back up after a few more taps. Please advise.

Don’t know if that might help, but it’s a 6-30vdc converter. Driving is not as bad as expected, but it drops out randomly just the same.
