    I ordered a refrigerator from Conn’s HomePlus, expecting a smooth delivery process. However, upon arrival, the delivery team damaged my existing appliances while bringing in the new fridge. I contacted Conn’s customer service, but the responses were unhelpful, and they refused to take responsibility. This experience has left me frustrated and financially burdened. I documented all interactions and persistently contacted their support team. Eventually, after multiple follow-ups, they acknowledged the issue and offered a partial refund.
