Thank you for your message.
Here a link to 122412L:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B018S4SXO4/ref=s9_acsd_hps_bw_c_x_1_w
and the email from 16/1/17:“I’m looking for a converter for a mobile electronics product.
The unit is mounted to vehicles and runs at 24Vdc +-0.5V, with 10A being
adequate.
The vehicles it is mounted to are either 12V or 24V but as they charge
with alternators and often have low batteries this can vary from 9-15VDC
and 18-30VDC respectively.
The environment is typical vehicle engine bay though not highway; rain
water, hosing down and vibration. Quantities are likely to up to 50 in
the first year while the product is in field testing. We have samples of your 122412L converter which is relatively easy to
come by on line but I wondered:
1. Do you have a detailed product datasheet for the 122312L?
2. Do you have a similar unit that could do 24-24V regulation with the
ranges we are looking for?
3. Do you have an inverter/regulator that might replace both of the
above products ie wide range 9-30Vdc input with regulated 24Vdc output?”Hope you can help.
Hello O. Bassi,
Thank you for your reply.
About your questions for datasheet, we are sorry since this product is easy to operate, there are no datesheet for it. If there are any question about this item, please feel free to contact us in the first time.
And we wonder if the following product can meet your demand. You can refer to it.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Supply-Module-12-60V-Converter-Powered/dp/B00J4I7HF0/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1486718302&sr=1-5&keywords=DROK+9-V+to+24V
Hope this can help you.
Best regards.

Thanks for the link, unfortunately the 090723_EU isn’t an automotive device ie not sealed or rugged for a vehicle engine bay. Might there be something that is?
Regarding the datasheet for the 122412L its not so much an operations guide but a set of specifications I was looking for, information for example such as:
-IP rating
-Mean time to failure (MTTF)
-Operating temperature range
-De-rating of output across temperature range
-Vibration limits
-Chemical resistance, cables and potting material
-Overload/short circuit protection details
-Output noise/ripple limits constant current
-Output voltage response rate to a load step change
-Switching frequency range
-Standards and approvalsCould you help with this data please?
Kind regards, OliverHello O. Bassi,
Thanks for your reply.
Following are some parameters for the 122412L.Input Voltage: DC 12V (wide range 9-20V)
Output Voltage: DC 24V
Output Current: 12A
Output Power: 288W
Conversion Efficiency: >95%
Protection Grade: IP67
Operating Temperature: -40℃~+80℃
Hope this can help you.
