I have ordered some DC/DC convertors on the 12 of September last month and have still not received them. Ok, given they were not stocked at the time, I was told by somebody with a foxmail.com email account, eventually, who answered my emails last month, then I never heard from them ever again …
I recently tried reaching out to the customer support again (a few days ago) to check on my order (#24577) and still no reply – as if the email is not even monitored !
So I am not sure, is there an issue with the Drok customer support mailbox being full and they no longer receive any new emails, or what it is, but for a first time customer, it really does not make a good impression …
Hopefully I will get a reply soon as I don’t have any other option but to commence a Paypal dispute and request a full refund. Delays in shiping overseas, that’s not what I am complaining about, but not happy about the lack of information on the state of one’s order – just says “Processed”, nothing else ! and most of all no replies to any emails, other than those first initial mails from some foxmail.com account. Must’ve been the unlucky one this time !
Anybody else has had this experience so far ?

October 10, 2025 at 7:12 pmPost count: 0So, it appears the items had been dispatched with no indication whatsoever that they were: till today – “status shipped”, then, I actually receive the paid for order in the Mailbox ! That would be cool, if it were ever physically possible… It would appear nevertheless, customer support is running on AAA batteries ?!? Thanks !
