    Another question: can you explain better how to set the input voltage 8-16V?
    Now it works only with a voltage higher than 9vdc.

    Would you please tell us more details about your operation? For example, the load.
    Do you mean voltage boosting only can works when input voltage is over 9Vdc?
    Have you selected 8-16v input voltage by adjusting the jumper on the back of the PCB?
    With more information, we can find out solution for you as soon as possible.
