I bought two of these step ups

Long time Drok fan, and love the products and use them for a ton of projects.

One of them looks perfect, but one of them looks like the soldering went wonky when it arrived from Amazon. See pics.

The way the cap is moved over, and the two points behind the pot are connected, just don’t feel it’s a good idea to power that up.

please advise?

I powered it up to 100watt led, voltages looked great, it ran for about 5 minutes then it just stopped working and won’t come back on. 12v power source while running was at 11.9volts, was set to 34volts at 3amps.

The 2nd one that looks good, is working great. No problem.

Please advise? I bought these on amazon.
