    Hi,

    I purchased the two units of the DC-DC Reduce Voltage Converter through Amazon:

    They used to work about a month ago when I tested them. I connected them to a 12V DC power supply. After not turning it on for a few weeks, both units no longer works. The input voltage from the DC power supply is still the same and I can measure it but both units give out 0V. I tried pushing the button to increase the voltage but it does not to anything. Do you know what is wrong?

    It’s regretted to hear that. To check what wrong is, would you please tell us more details about your operation? For example, what do you use it for? How did you set it before?
