September 17, 2017 at 11:30 pmPost count: 0I just tried my new DROK DC-DC Adjustable 5A Buck Converter Stabilizer 6-32V to 1.25-32V Step Down Dual Amperage LCD Display Constant Volt Amp 6V 12V 24V Regulator Power and it does not appear to work correctly.
I’m using a 12v battery as input and was trying to adjust the output to 5v for USB application.
No matter what I do, the voltage does not change. I tried adjusting it with a load (1K and 470 ohm resisters) and no load and regardless of the Vpot setting the output voltage is the same as the input.
If I am using it correctly, how do I get a replacement?
Thanks
Hello Howard Marsh,
Thanks for writing in.
Would you please firstly help to confirm if it is the following item?
180080The factory default output for this item is 20V, so you need to turn anticlockwise the “ADJ-V” regulator for over 10 turns.
Please let us know if it can work.
Best regards.
